Throughout her studies Stéphanie developed a keen interest in criminal law.

She has a strong interest in international and European law. To that end she studied several months at the esteemed Humboldt University of Berlin. She further completed several weeks of voluntary internships for the International Criminal Court in The Hague. 

Throughout her traineeship at our firm, Stéphanie developed an in-depth knowlegde of criminal (procedural) law.

Stéphanie got certified in 2022 to assist suspects during police interviews and in 2023 attained the special certificate for acting as counsel in criminal cases before the Belgian supreme court.

Apart from her legal interests, Stéphanie has a strong appetite for language, culture, and travel.
