Mission
As a lawyer we learn how to deal with the most complex legal issues, with an eye for the specific needs of each client. Lawyers should combine a profound knowledge of the law and a mastery of those skills essential for living up to the high standards expected by those who entrust us with their interests.
In order to achieve this, lawyers should not only have an excellent understanding of the law, be intellectually penetrating, mentally quick and original but also have a deep interest in human nature as well as a good understanding of the Zeitgeist – the constantly evolving spirit of the age.
It falls to us to uphold the principles of justice and the rule of law. To unreservedly uphold the interests of the clients that become ours, and to do this with full independence, vigilance, punctuality and keenness. We seek to guarantee the right of defence in all circumstances, regardless of the opposing force or the apparently overwhelming might of the opponent.
We believe that litigation should always be the last resort, to be considered only after a thorough consideration of many factors. Therefore, each case first requires a clear advice, based on a detailed examination of the facts. The main objective should be to solve the case in the client’s interests. Through skillful negotiation if possible, by strong litigation if necessary.
